Samudra Teknindo Hydraumatic was established in 1989. Located workshop at East Karawang Industries Area, 52 km from Jakarta. The total area is 500,000 m² with building area 36,000 m².
Our business focus is on engineering and manufacturing, with experiences in Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Steel Mill, Fertilizer, etc. We believe that our success is built on by our commitment for continuous improvement and innovation and close relation with research and development institute, universities and business sector.

Certification is a tool for assuring our products and services for going to international market.

In 2012 we have successfully acquired SO 9001 – 2008 certificate, issued by Reyland TUV international certification. Follow with ASME certification in the same year. ASME U & R certification for manufacture of pressure vessels at Samudra Teknindo Hydraumatic location and field sites controlled by STH, and ASME S certification for manufacture and assembly of power boilers at Samudra Teknindo Hyd and field sites controlled by STH.

1.  Piping

Piping for transporting various kinds of Gas, Water, Oil, Sulfuric Acid, Steam and others. We handle the full range of piping work from Cast Iron, Carbon and Stainless Steel to high alloy as well as titanium pipe.The choice of material for use in an individual system needs to be made with the consideration of all requirements for the finished components. Materials used for various pressurized applications must withstand the internal pressure and at the expected temperature of use. These requirements can vary widely. We can assist you in making a material selection for your application.

2.  Pressure Vessel & Tank

Our experience in this field, we provide full range services from storage tank, multi process tank, many kinds of pressure vessels, silo, hopper, transportation tank, boiler, heat exchanger.

Regardless of the size and type of pressure vessel produced, you can be assured that it will be designed, formed and welded in complete compliance with the ASME Code. The manufacturing process also includes inspection of the vessel by an independent certified inspector, and a hydrostatic test exceeding the service pressure.

With our record of quality design and workmanship, we continue to furnish the pressure vessel market with the same genuine service to our customers as we do in the expansion joint market.

3. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation

We offer consulting service with personal approach, focused, and integrated, supported by all of our staff who have strong background in EPC and whom area of expertise are every type of facilities, including industrial, steel construction, oil & gas, mining and recognize all the requirements for each environment conditions.

4. Product Development & New Business

Our activity in engineering department covers to design, engineering, reverse engineering & drawing. The ability of our engineering team supported with engineering software for doing engineering calculation, load analysis, and parts simulation such as autocad, solid work etc.
